About the role

Dyson is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join our team in Singapore. The key responsibilities include:

1. Business Case Development and Oversight: Develop and oversee business cases throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with key teams and monitoring deviations such as SSP, DDU, launch dates, specifications, or claims.
2. NPD Launch Readiness: Ensure organizational readiness for new product launches by coordinating with stakeholders and preparing at each stage.
3. Feedback Integration and Communication Strategy: Incorporate market feedback, develop omnichannel briefs, define communication strategies, and plan launch events and promotional activities.
4. Brand and Marketing Frameworks: Define vision, positioning, messaging, and marketing frameworks; oversee impactful marketing campaigns and ensure alignment across teams.
5. Claims and Marketing Phrases: Monitor competitor claims, strategize Dyson’s claims, and ensure they are compelling and aligned with marketing goals.
6. Collaboration with Marketing and Markets: Engage with marketing and market teams to gather insights, incorporate feedback, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
