Senior Commercial Manager

About the role

ZT OVERSEAS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team in Geylang Bahru Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial operations and strategic initiatives of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
2. Negotiating and securing commercial agreements with key clients and partners
3. Managing commercial risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
4. Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities
5. Providing commercial leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams
6. Developing and monitoring key performance indicators to measure the success of commercial initiatives
7. Collaborating with the broader management team to align commercial activities with the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

1. 8+ years of experience in a commercial management or senior business development role, preferably within the Mining, Resources & Energy industry
2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies
3. Excellent negotiation, contract management, and client relationship skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address commercial challenges
5. Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams
6. Expertise in interpreting and applying relevant industry regulations and policies
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
