Senior Commercial Finance Manager, SEA / Location: West

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established US-based Manufacturing MNC with a long tradition of providing outstanding service to customers in multiple locations globally. Due to business expansion, we are now recruiting for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager, SEA to be based in Singapore office.

Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the Managing Director, you will be driving the growth initiatives in SEA and delivering financial and business objectives through close partnership with the GMs and functional leaders. The key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and identifying performance measures.
2. Formation of business unit objectives.
3. Monitoring and leading the implementation of strategic business plans and tactical objectives.
4. Developing financial strategies and measures to support growth objectives.
5. Managing capital requests and achieving working capital plans.
6. Monitoring product costs, pricing, material productivity, and expenses.
7. Leading financial planning and monitoring of program and product developments.

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 10 years of relevant FP&A as well as commercial finance experience with prior Big 4 and MNC environment. It is essential to have proven business partnering experience in a complex business with excellent interpersonal skills.
