Responsibilities

• Foster student belonging and cultivate joy and purpose in the High School.
• Advise a small group of students and teach advisory SEL curriculum.
• Plan and deliver inquiry-based, culturally responsive, differentiated learning.
• Respond to diverse learner needs with responsive supports and interventions.
• Support access for students with diverse language and learning styles.
• Collaborate in PLCs to plan curricula and provide feedback.
• Engage in ongoing professional learning through observations and reflections.
• Lead meaningful activities beyond the classroom (field trips, clubs, travel).
• Model Core Values in all interactions with the school community.
• Facilitate restorative conversations for student behavior.
• Communicate with parents and students outside school hours.
