Job summary

AECOM Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead conveyance infrastructure projects. You will plan, execute and monitor projects, develop scopes, schedules, and budgets, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet technical requirements.

You will manage risks, stakeholder expectations, procurement, and contract administration while ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Tier 3 CPM Accreditation or PE registration or equivalent preferred.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• 8+ years in infrastructure, utility, water/wastewater, pipeline or conveyance projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and completion of conveyance infrastructure projects.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage risks, issues and change control processes.
• Coordinate with engineering, design and construction teams to meet technical requirements.
• Review designs, specifications and construction methodologies.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors and regulators.
• Oversee contracts, procurement, contractor performance and payments.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality standards; coordinate handover.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field

PMP certification

Tier 3 CPM Accreditation or equivalent

Strong leadership and team management

Risk management and problem-solving
