Job summary

Rhythm & Groove Private Limited in Singapore seeks an enthusiastic coach to lead the Elite Programmes, design progressions for athletes, and provide coaching across groups. You will accompany gymnasts to competitions and training camps, ensure smooth delivery of lessons, and maintain high coaching standards.

You will plan one-on-one sessions, create choreography, and serve as a replacement coach when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach for Rhythm & Groove's Elite Programmes
• Provide lessons plan when coaching and when you are away (for replacement coaches)
• Required to accompany gymnasts to competitions and training camps
• One on one training & choreography for Rhythm & Groove's gymnasts
• Choreography for all Elite Team's gymnasts.
• Act as the replacement coach in the event the other team's coach is away.
• Assist in running Rhythm & Groove's Events (Competitions / Masterclass / Dance Camps)
