Job summary

A leading company in the oil and gas sector is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate Mazak CNC lathe and perform complex machining tasks. Ideal candidates will possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-8 years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in CAM software and measuring instruments. This role demands a hardworking individual capable of handling long hours in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five to eight years of experience in machining, especially in oil and gas industries.
• Must be hardworking and able to cope with long hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, including Mazak lathe and CAM programming.
• Create machining process routing and calculate machining hours.
• Cut special threads and perform complex machining tasks.

Job description

JOB SCOPE

Able to operate CNC Machnies including Mazak CNC lathe (Mazatrol system)

Able to do setting, operation, and creating program using different CAM softwares as well manual program

Create machining process routing and calculate machining hours for new RFQ's / Proto type jobs

Able to cut special threads, groove and complex machining skills

Familiar and know how to use measuring instruments like micrometer, vernier height gauges and profile projecters

Must be familiar in oil and gas industries

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering

Minimum five years to eight years of experience in machining field especially has experience oil and gas industries

Must be Hard working person and able to cope long hours
