Responsibilities

• Prepare programs considering drawings and customer specs.
• Create setup sheets with tool lists and cutting parameters.
• Update programs monthly after testing; generate setup sheets.
• Ensure all program, setup and tooling lists comply with QSM and engineering procedures.
• Review and approve all program sheets.
• Design fixtures and request new tools as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
