Job summary

Premplas Technologies Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a CNC Programmer to contribute to the production of precision parts by developing programs for milling and lathe operations.

You will set up CNC machines, select materials and tools, and determine optimal feeds and speeds to maximize efficiency and quality. The role includes performing progressive machining tasks, troubleshooting process issues, and preparing detailed process plans with cycle-time estimates.

Responsibilities

• Perform CNC programming for precision parts as per drawing or technical specification.
• Perform CNC milling & lathe programming and setting of CNC machines.
• Check materials and tools required to perform programming.
• Set parameters (feed rate, speed, etc) according to materials and tools selection in order to achieve optimum speed.
• Perform progressive machining operations for precision parts.
• Troubleshooting.
• Perform details machining process plan and estimate cycle time.
• Technical support for daily manufacturing process including design jig & fixtures.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
