Job summary

Thakral One is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to oversee security across banking and securities domains in a dual-hat role. You will manage cloud security toolsets, ensure governance, and work with IT to address alerts and vulnerabilities.

The role requires 8–10 years of cloud/security experience, strong knowledge of ISO27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, and multi-cloud environments with Azure, OCI, and AWS. Certifications like CISSP/CISM are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Cloud, Information, or Cyber Security.
• Experience implementing security solutions that enable business activity.
• Actively involved in audits and managed audit relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Cloud Security toolsets including CSPM and CWPP.
• Oversee Kubernetes security controls for workloads in multiple environments.
• Review cloud architectures for security gaps and mitigations.
• Investigate and track security alerts using ServiceNow workflows.
• Develop and enforce cloud security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct cyber security reviews for on‑prem, cloud, and third‑party systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to manage security alerts, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Support cyber security incidents, penetration testing, and remediation actions.
