Job summary

MatchMove is a leading Singapore-based fintech company delivering embedded finance and Banking-as-a-Service across Asia. We seek a hands-on infrastructure leader to design and operate a scalable internal cloud platform with strong Kubernetes, networking, and security focus.

You will guide a small, high-performance team to provision, observe, and secure workloads, while aligning with MAS-TRM, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance requirements in a multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Productize the internal cloud platform and set the tech roadmap.
• Architect production networking across multiple markets ensuring resilience and performance.
• Manage both Kubernetes and non-Kubernetes workloads (EC2, bare metal).
• Drive automated remediation and incident triage to minimize outages.
• Enforce policy-as-code, zero-trust security, and regulatory compliance.
