Job summary

Elemynt, a venture of Xora Innovation, seeks a senior platform engineer to own the cloud substrate, core services, and the observability layer that keeps the product reliable. The platform runs in cloud, on‑prem, or hybrid and must stay portable, reproducible, and secure across environments.

In this hands‑on role you’ll design deployment pipelines, container images, Helm charts, and IaC modules, building foundations that ship quickly and safely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field with 6+ years delivering production software.
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code on a major cloud.
• Experience designing and operating core backend services and APIs.
• Ownership of cloud deployment processes and release pipelines.
• Experience building observability into production systems and debugging incidents.
• Hands-on coding in a systems/backend language (Go, Python, Rust).

Responsibilities

• Build and own cloud infrastructure foundations (networking, IAM, Kubernetes, IaC).
• Design core platform services and internal APIs to run reliably.
• Own deployment process end-to-end with versioned artifacts and safe rollouts.
• Stand up observability layer: metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerts.
• Instrument SLOs and health signals for measurable reliability.
• Keep foundations portable across environments.
• Produce deployment-ready blocks (containers, Helm charts, IaC modules).
• Harden foundations: secrets, certificate handling, and network boundaries.
