Job summary

AMAZON WEB SERVICES SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet clients’ business goals. You will drive customer success through cloud journeys, offering technical guidance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work on both infrastructure and application architectures, with exposure to contact centre or CX platforms as a plus, ensuring secure, scalable solutions and ongoing modernization for diverse

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with contact centre and AI platforms such as Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Genesys, NICE, Nuance, Google Dialogflow, or similar
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing conversational AI, virtual agents, or AI-powered customer experience solutions
• Demonstrated experience with prompt engineering and/or large language model implementation for customer-facing applications
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences, with 3+ years of cloud-based solution (AWS or equivalent)
• Experience in cloud architecture and migration strategies across on-prem to cloud

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing scalable and secure AWS solutions across infrastructure and application layers
• Architecting and building applications, APIs, and integrations that connect customer systems to AWS-hosted platforms
• Supporting the design and modernization of customer engagement and CX platforms, including migration from legacy systems to cloud-based solutions
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose migration and modernization strategies
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team
