Our client is a leading hospital in Central Singapore, is on a bold expansion journey and is seeking a visionary and forward-thinking Senior Clinical Pharmacist to pioneer new models of pharmacy care and education.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in the strategic planning, designing and delivering cutting-edge pharmacy services in a multidisciplinary, state-of-the-art environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of new and innovative clinical pharmacy services (across both Inpatient and Outpatient areas)
• Provide advanced, patient-centred pharmaceutical care in collaboration with clinical teams
• Design and lead training programs for workforce including pharmacists, residents, pharmacy interns and other cross functional teams
• Partner with doctors, nurses, and allied health teams to deliver holistic, integrated care models
• Mentor and coach aspiring pharmacy professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning

Requirements:

• • PharmD or equivalent PHD, recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
• At least 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience, ideally in an acute or tertiary setting
• Strong track record in developing new services or structured training programs
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation, clinical excellence, and education
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship capabilities
