Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering professional development.
• Patient Care: Oversee patient care delivery to ensure safety, efficiency, and a high standard of care.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, national, and accreditation standards, including infection control and safety regulations.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce clinical policies and procedures to optimize operations and maintain quality standards, including ISO Class 7.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• At least 1-2 years of clinic experience
