A leading healthcare organization in Singapore seeks a dedicated professional to enhance patient relationships and drive clinic sales. This role combines sales expertise with leadership, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare. The successful candidate will focus on patient care, team mentoring, and achieving sales targets while upholding high service standards.
Build strong patient relationships through personalized care and follow-up.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
Conduct tech-enhanced therapies to improve patient health and wellness.
Educate patients on treatment plans, products, and services.
Achieve monthly sales targets through exceptional customer service, without hard selling.
Identify and convert sales opportunities to drive clinic growth.
Participate in promotional activities and contribute to marketing strategies.
Efficiently manage patient appointments and registrations.
Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Train and mentor junior staff on sales, customer service, and clinical procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare or wellness industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
In-depth knowledge of clinic operations and patient care processes.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a team.
Proficiency in relevant beauty and wellness qualifications (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, WSQ, ITEC, etc.) preferred.
