Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Client Services Manager to maintain and grow private equity fund clients. This role involves executing business strategies, establishing sales objectives, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in a client-facing sales role, preferably in finance or private equity. Competitive salary package including allowances and commissions will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a client-facing role in sales/business development.
  • Experience in finance, fund administration, or private equity data is highly regarded.

Senior Client Services Manager_Up to $12000 + $180 Allowance + Yearly Commission + VB

  • Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Working location: Raffles

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance and growth of private equity fund clients for the firm
  • Execute the firm’s business strategies to attain goals
  • Approach clients proactively to establish underlying needs, understand clients and their requirements, and to sell services provided by the firm
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
  • Budget forecasting, expected sales volume and profit for existing and new clients
  • Achieve growth, hit sales targets and actively manage sales program
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of related products and competition status
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by visiting clients periodically and understanding their needs
  • Participate in project implementation discussions with the product team to further define detailed services model for specific clients and the project timeline
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and AFS teams to support clients
  • Provide weekly report update for the sales activities
  • Maintain data relative to client accounts and activities and documenting customer interactions
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Requirements:

  • Min 6 years relevant experience in a client facing role in sales/business development from a relevant industry, experience in sectors such as Finance, Fund-Administration or Private Equity Data are highly regarded
