Your Mission:

We’re looking for a Senior Client Services Manager to lead and expand key relationships with private equity fund clients. You’ll drive strategic growth, uncover client needs, and promote our top-tier services — all while collaborating across teams and staying ahead of market trends.

What You'll Do:
  • Build & grow strong client relationships (Private Equity Funds)

  • Lead sales strategies & achieve revenue targets

  • Identify client needs & promote tailored solutions

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product & Ops teams

  • Monitor market trends & competitor activity

  • Maintain accurate CRM data & sales reports

  • Forecast budgets, sales volume, and profit

  • Support project rollouts & design of service models

What We’re Looking For:
  • 6+ years in Sales/BD (Finance or Fund Admin preferred)

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Knowledge in fund operations or client service is a plus

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, & business acumen

  • ️ Excellent communication & presentation skills

  • Adaptable, proactive & thrives under pressure

  • Bilingual (Japanese & fintech network is a bonus!)

  • Skilled in client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling
