The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will embed with major clients to architect, deploy, and scale complex software and data systems, bridging client needs with product engineering. Travel may be required for on-site deployments. You will own the RPCD lifecycle from requirements to deployment, mentor juniors, and coordinate with vendors to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years in software development, system implementation, technical support, or similar roles.
• Strong experience in customer requirement analysis, technical solution design or customer-facing architecture.
• Hands-on software development and debugging experience.
• Experience with server deployment, system integration, and production troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages; strong Linux skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel for on-site deployment and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to scope requirements and design architectures.
• Write production-grade code, build MVPs, and configure cloud infrastructure.
• Design and implement product features based on customer needs.
• Coordinate on-site deployments, including configuration and training.
• Monitor deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize performance.
• Manage external vendors and outsourced development when needed.
• Prepare training materials and knowledge transfer for internal staff.
