POSITION OVERVIEW

With business growth in Financial Lines (FL) and Casualty books, it is prudent for an experienced Senior Claims Associate to be able to lead the FL market, negotiate and maintain claims service level.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively investigate, negotiate and resolve claims regardless of its complexity.
• Ensure claims are handled within authority limits and in adherence with internal guideline.
• Understanding of relevant legal processes and procedures and litigation management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2-3 years direct working experience in Financial Lines claims and in handling different classes of Financial Lines claims.
• Strong knowledge of insurance industry and claims processes.
• Experience in handling legal cases.
• Ability to manage brokers, clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to negotiate and deal with contentious situations.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work independently.
• Legal background is an advantage.
