Claims Management:
- Manage end-to-end handling of complex, high-value, or disputed motor claims
- Investigate claims thoroughly, liaising with policyholders, third parties, repairers, loss adjusters, investigators, and legal representatives
- Assess liability, quantum, and policy coverage in accordance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Negotiate settlements to achieve fair outcomes for both the company and customers
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the claims management system
- Identify and escalate potential fraud cases to the Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, industry regulations, and internal policies
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and continuously improved
Performance Reviews:
- Conduct regular performance reviews of panel service providers, including:
- Repairers – evaluating quality of repairs, turnaround time, and cost efficiency
- Surveyors – assessing accuracy and timeliness of vehicle assessments
- Investigators – reviewing thoroughness, objectivity, and compliance with investigative protocols
Process Improvement:
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new technologies and workflows
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and continuously improved
