Job summary

Wide Wings leads civil and structural site activities for major building construction and deep excavation projects in Singapore, ensuring compliance with codes and quality standards while coordinating with project consultants and authorities.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to supervise shifts to maintain project progress and site supervision.

Qualifications

• Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer, including at least 5 years supervising projects of similar size and complexity involving major building construction and deep excavation works.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect construction works as directed by project consultants and authorities.
• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and site supervision requirements to enforce compliance and quality control on site.
• Manage construction administration tasks including submission of progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate site activities and resolve issues effectively.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Adapt to shift work schedules to maintain continuous site supervision and project progress.
