Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Singapore’s construction industry.
• Experience with high-rise, semiconductor, or healthcare projects preferred.
• Resident Engineer/Technical Officer accreditation is advantageous.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, review feasibility, risks, and design solutions.

• Oversee and review structural designs, calculations, submissions, and compliance with regulations.

• Support project managers in construction planning, site coordination, and progress monitoring.

• Manage tender processes, including cost estimates, schedules, contract terms, and bid reviews.

• Ensure technical integrity and quality of works on-site; resolve design and drawing issues.

• Provide guidance to engineering teams, liaise with consultants and authorities, and support site operations.

• Promote environmental sustainability, workplace safety, and compliance with local regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.

• 5–7 years of experience in Singapore’s construction industry; experience in high-rise, semiconductor, or healthcare projects preferred.

• Familiar with BIM, BCA and PE Act, Building Control Act, WSH Act, Fire Safety Act, etc.

• Resident Engineer/Technical Officer accreditation is advantageous.
