Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with hands-on site experience.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings for site decisions.
• Practical understanding of site management, construction methods, quality control and safety.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills for team/stakeholder management.
• Proactive problem-solving with a hands-on approach to managing site teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to drawings, specs, quality, and safety.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe site environment while managing materials and equipment efficiently.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth progress and timely issue resolution.
• Attend site meetings and deliver regular progress updates to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Review and interpret drawings to provide on-site technical guidance and resolve site issues.
• Assist in preparing work schedules and monitor construction progress to meet deadlines.
• Implement safety and quality control procedures to maintain compliance and site standards.
• Prepare accurate site reports and maintain progress records for QA and regulatory compliance.
