Job summary

tcp consultants pte. ltd. is seeking a Civil & Structural Senior draftsman cum BIM co-ordinator to develop BIM models from 2D drawings and PDFs using Revit/Tekla. The role requires delivering submission, construction and shop drawings while ensuring BIM standards meet authority requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering diploma and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong CAD and BIM skills and the ability to work independently to satisfy submission guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in CAD and BIM software (Revit).
• Able to work independently and meet authorities' submission requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models using Revit/Tekla from 2D drawings and PDFs.
• Ensure BIM standards and submission model compliance with authorities.
• Produce submission, construction and shop drawings using BIM tools and AutoCAD.
