Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking or equivalent.
• 12 years’ experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management / Corporate Banking focusing on China market clients.
• Deep network and track record with China HNW/UHNW clients.
• Fluency in Mandarin (native/professional) and English; Cantonese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with China market clients for new business and portfolio growth.
• Understand clients’ financial objectives to provide bespoke advisory across investments, wealth planning, and banking solutions.
• Originate business opportunities via referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of China market trends, regulations, tax, and cross-border investment landscape.
• Collaborate with product, investment, credit, and compliance teams to deliver holistic solutions and regulatory adherence.
• Prepare account plans, monitor portfolio performance, and manage risks.
• Deliver high-standard client servicing to enhance loyalty through proactive engagement.
