Job summary

icm pharma pte. ltd. is seeking a QC professional to perform comprehensive QC tests across raw materials, in-process, and finished products in accordance with cGMP standards.

You will create, update and maintain documentation, ensure staff training, and support stability studies, validation projects and sampling for R&D activities.

Qualifications

• QC tests including raw materials testing, in-process testing, finished product testing.
• Create, update and maintain documents related to products, SOPs, QC, QA, etc.
• Ensure all QC staff are trained and qualified to execute duties with respect to cGMP & QC aspects.
• Perform stability studies, validation projects, product quality reviews in compliance with standards.
• Assist in R&D needs, e.g. reading up, researching, obtaining materials, making samples, lab-scale production, testing and preparing sample evaluation reports.

Responsibilities

• Carry out QC testing across raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• Create, update and maintain QC/QA documentation and SOPs.
• Ensure QC staff training and qualification in line with cGMP requirements.
• Support stability studies, validations and product quality reviews per standards.
• Assist R&D activities: literature review, material sourcing, sample preparation and testing.

Job description

• TO CARRY OUT QC TESTS INCLUDING RAW MATERIALS TESTING, CHECKING OF PACKAGING MATERIALS, IN-PROCESS TEST, FINISHED PRODUCT TESTS.
• TO CREATE, UPDATE AND MAINTAIN DOCUMENTS RELATED TO COMPANY'S PRODUCTS, SOPs, QC, QA, ETC
• TO ENSURE ALL QC STAFF ARE APPROPRIATELY TRAINED AND QUALIFIED TO EXECUTE THE DUTIES ASSIGNED TO THEM WITH RESPECT TO cGMP & QC related aspects.
• TO PERFORM STABILITY STUDIES OF PRODUCTS, VALIDATION PROJECTS, PRODUCT QUALITY REVIEWS IN COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT STANDARDS
• TO ASSIST IN RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT NEEDS, EG. READING UP, RESEARCH, OBTAINING MATERIALS, MAKE SAMPLES, LABORATORY SCALE PRODUCTION, TESTING & PREPARING SAMPLE EVALUATION REPORTS.
