Senior Chartering Manager (MPP) based in Singapore

Faststream is exclusively partnering with a growing Ship Operator to recruit a Senior Chartering Manager for their expanding teams in the APAC region.

If you have a strong network in the industry, experience in Dry bulk and MPP chartering, and a passion for securing profitable fixtures while contributing to business growth—this could be your next exciting career move.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and brokers
2. Drive new business opportunities and support expansion in strategic markets in the APAC region.
3. Secure profitable fixtures and enhance vessel utilization
4. Work closely with Operations on scheduling and P&L management
5. Be part of a dynamic company with ambitious growth targets

What We’re Looking For:

1. Someone with extensive client resources in dry bulk and industrial project logistics and extensive broker contact resources
2. Well-established industry network across shipowners, brokers, and clients
3. Proactive business development mindset with a keen eye for market opportunities
4. Commercially driven with strong negotiation and market analysis capabilities
5. Independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented
6. Fluent in English | Bachelor's degree preferred
