Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Catering Chef to lead the kitchen and oversee daily operations at Changi, in a 6-day, 12-hour work pattern.

You will ensure top food quality, hygiene and safety, plan staff schedules and training, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to hit KPIs while controlling costs and handling dietary requirements.

• Develop and improve menus, recipes, and food preparation processes.

• Manage kitchen equipment, inventory, and supplies.
• Ensure proper handling of food allergies and special dietary requirements.
• Investigate and report food safety or quality issues promptly.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to achieve kitchen KPIs.
