Job summary

Peacehaven Nursing Home, operated by The Salvation Army, Singapore, is seeking dedicated care staff to support elderly residents with daily living activities and medical-related tasks. You will assist with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and monitoring, under supervision of nursing staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with client transport, mobility, and personal hygiene (toileting, oral care, nail trimming).
Monitor vital signs and blood glucose, assist with wound dressing, and support doctor during physical exams.
Report changes in clients' condition.
Serve meals, assist with feeding, and ensure clients stay hydrated throughout the day.
Clear dishes and assist with washing after meals.
Assist with cleaning duties, including spills and daily equipment maintenance.
Tidy treatment rooms and report maintenance needs to management.
Follow safety protocols during client showers and diaper changes.
