Job summary

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) seeks a Senior Assistant Director, Campus Vibrancy Special Projects to drive the Campus Vibrancy Master Plan and related campus transformation initiatives. You will coordinate a portfolio of complex projects that shape the experience for students, staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Engineering, PM, Business or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of relevant campus planning or real estate experience.
• Strong financial evaluation, asset performance and tenancy mix skills.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives under the Campus Vibrancy Master Plan, translating objectives into project plans and milestones.
• Manage delivery of campus development projects including MRT integration, housing, public realm and heritage revitalisation.
• Oversee project planning, governance, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies and reporting across multiple projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, government agencies and external parties to support timely delivery.
• Prepare strategic proposals, reports, presentations and recommendations for senior management.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across planning, design, infrastructure, operations and mobility for integrated campus outcomes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support transition from master planning into implementation with strengthened programme coordination.
