About the Team:The Shopee Regional Marketing Campaigns team drives commercial success on Shopee and Shopee Mall. We manage end-to-end campaign execution, including Mall campaigns, Brand campaigns, and major platform-wide events like Double Digit campaigns. Through frequent analysis, we optimise performance and efficiency, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Apart from this, we lead strategic projects that drive commercial impact and operational efficiencies aimed at continuously refining our approach to stay competitive in the evolving e-commerce landscapeJob Description:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end projects, focusing on driving campaign operational efficiencies and commercial performance in local and regional markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams, including product, buyer experience, offline, business development, and local markets to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct data analysis on campaign performance, offering recommendations for optimization, innovative engagement, and sales mechanics to boost performance.
  • Growth Initiatives: Identify growth areas and develop initiatives to drive performance and commercial impact.
  • Analytical Solutions: Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to address key issues and develop actionable solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in any field
  • At least 5 years of total working experience
  • At least 4 years of campaign-related project management experience
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong work ethic and performance-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions and formulas for data manipulation and analysis.
