• Plan and run lead generation campaigns
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution and timeline
• Work with partners and agencies on creative assets
• Support lead tracking, tagging, and CRM updates
• Manage incentives, redemptions, and gift fulfilment
• Analyse campaign results and suggest improvements
• Prepare reports and updates for internal teams
• Align with sales, retail, and marketing teams
• Help organise events, roadshows, and promotions

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or campaign execution, preferably in the insurance and financial services.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM platforms / tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, Google Analytics, Salesforce)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for campaign reporting and presentations
