The Senior Campaign Executive is an essential engine supporting campaign execution,
social media operations, and client management. Designed for a proactive
communications professional with a passion for pop culture, internet trends, and digital
strategy, this role bridges the gap between creative ideation, social execution, and seamless
project delivery.

hand down concepts; ideation is a shared responsibility across the entire agency team. The
Senior Campaign Executive is expected to bring fresh, trend-led perspectives to the table,
ensuring our work is on brief, on budget, and fearlessly out of boundaries whenever possible.
Support the end-to-end content management lifecycle across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.). Translate platform updates, social-first formats, and real-time cultural moments into practical content ideas and actionable recommendations for clients. Ensure all outputs adhere to social best practices, brand guidelines, and high quality control.
Actively contribute to agency brainstorms and creative strategy. Bring a distinct, culture-focused point of view—leveraging internet trends, Gen Z insights, and digital behaviors to shape concepts alongside specialized creative and production hubs. Take shared ownership in pushing creative boundaries while keeping concepts grounded in client objectives.
Support end-to-end campaign lifecycles by managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating logistics, and consolidating feedback. Facilitate smooth workflows between clients, internal team members, and external partners to keep projects running seamlessly on schedule and within budget.
Track, analyze, and report on organic and paid campaign performance. Work with the strategy team to translate social metrics and data into clear post-campaign insights and actionable recommendations to optimize future content and demonstrate campaign impact.
Assist with day-to-day client communications, meeting coordination, and presentation preparation. Build reliable, trusted working relationships with client counterparts by demonstrating sharp attention to detail, responsiveness, and clear communication.
Collaborate seamlessly across AKA’s specialized agency hubs. Show resilience, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn, applying feedback quickly to hone both strategic thinking and campaign management skills.
