Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing technical support to customers via telephone, electronic means, and onsite visits.
2. Assisting customers in deploying Siemens EDA’s Calibre software to address design challenges.
3. Tracking and updating customer issues using Siemens EDA’s processes and tools.
4. Developing and delivering technical training on new features and updates.
5. Creating technical content for Siemens EDA’s knowledge base.
6. Communicating customer technical requirements and issues to product and sales teams.

Qualifications:

1. Over 5 years of engineering experience in the EDA field preferred.
2. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
3. Good understanding of custom/ASIC design flow and physical verification.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in programming languages.
6. Knowledge of competitive EDA tools and products in physical implementation, verification, and power analysis is highly desirable.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science; M.S. preferred.
