Job summary

Sanmina-SCI Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to input and review customer files from mechanical drawings, ensuring accuracy and conformance to requirements. You will measure board dimensions and prepare first article reports for DFM.

You will scrutinize data, highlight issues to Product Engineer, work with MIS programmers to streamline scripts, and train new hires to maintain high quality in PCB manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec, Diploma or Degree holder.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Experience in PCB manufacturing or related fields preferred.
• Genesis Cam Software knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and interpret customer mechanical drawings to input and review customer files.
• Scrutinize customer data and drawings and highlight issues to Product Engineer.
• Review customer specs and drawings to verify data meets customer requirements.
• Measure board dimensions per customer mechanical drawings.
• Prepare customer data first article report for DFM.
• Work with Corporate MIS Programmer to create scripts that increase efficiency, reduce cycle time and minimize editing errors.
• Coach and train new hires or the next level of staff.
