Job description

What You'll Do:

• Build & Scale: Architect and enhance multi-threaded, service-oriented systems that process high-volume financial data.
• Own & Innovate: Take full ownership of critical components, balancing strategic development with real-time problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner with engineering teams globally to deliver robust, scalable solutions for back office business functions
• Modern Tech Stack: Work with .NET Core, AWS serverless, event-driven messaging, and cloud databases (e.g., Snowflake, MS SQL).

What We're Looking For:

• Core Skills:
  • 5+ years of C#/.NET development in enterprise environments (financial services preferred).
  • Expertise in multi-threading, distributed systems, and OOP design.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Strong SQL skills (MS SQL, query optimization).

• Nice-to-Have:
  • Knowledge of financial workflows (trade lifecycle, reporting, or risk systems).
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS) and modern full-stack frameworks (React, Angular).
  • Agile/Scrum experience with test-driven development (TDD).
