Responsibilities:

1. To work on the dynamics of Material Resource Planning (MRP) impact to purchases and planned purchase actions on a weekly basis.

2. To source and procure materials in the most cost effective and time efficient manner to meet organization needs.

3. Ensure compliance of the company standards on purchasing policies and procedures.

4. Plan and coordinate timely delivery of purchases to meet organisation on time delivery requirements.

5. Participate in material review and ensure material issues are elevated and resolved in a timely manner.

6. Participate actively in continuous improvement programs and take initiative to enhance material planning process.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience in materials procurement and vendor management in a fast pace manufacturing environment.

2. At least 3 years of Power Automate, Power BI, Word, Excel and PowerPoint hands-on experience.

3. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
