Purpose and Objectives

The Regional Senior BTP Solution Advisor will be responsible for driving the growth aspiration for SAP Business Technology Platform through the development and implementation of innovative programs. This role involves coordinating with regional and market unit sales teams, enabling new solutions and features, and executing programs, building innovative solutions including prototypes and proof of concepts for key customers. The incumbent will establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers to provide advisory services and forge long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Senior BTP Solution Advisor:

• Develop and innovate new programs for SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Enable new solution features, train teams on latest programs and best practices.
• Execute programs for key customers, monitor performance, and refine based on learnings through engagements.
• Create and share high-impact thought leadership assets internally and externally.
• Provide strategic deal support by building impactful prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
• Engage with strategic customers to deliver tailored BTP-centric content.
• Collaborate with regional and market unit teams to support demand generation programs.
• Collaborate with global teams to roll-out global best practices and learnings
• Be an evangelist for SAP BTP and a subject matter expert on its services.

Skills & Competencies

• Expert business knowledge in SAP BTP services and cloud technologies.
• Experience in creating SAP BTP based solution architectures.
• Ability to build quick solution prototypes and POCs.
• Understanding of SAP’s Application software portfolio.
• Effective collaboration in complex matrix environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel (25%-50%).
• A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in SAP BTP solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.
• Customer facing experience and collaboration with sales and development teams.
• Proven project management ability.
• Experience in cloud-based solutions including AI & Gen AI, LLMs.

Language:

• Fluency in English and Indian languages.
