Qualifications

Make an Impact by

  • Reviewing existing best practices and processes for system acceptance testing and introducing preventive or optimized measures to improve network quality and resiliency proactively.
  • Improving processes and policies in support of organizational goals and targets. Documenting and updating policies and procedures to maximize output.
  • Monitoring adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Managing and improving the efficiency of services. Facilitating coordination and communication between support functions, business teams, and vendors.
  • Supporting the review of system security, network architecture, policy documents, user access, and system activities regularly.
  • Performing and coordinating service recovery activities promptly during service disruptions to minimize downtime and revenue loss.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and vendors during incident management and following up with root cause analysis and permanent solutions.
  • Participating in BCP and/or Audit program initiatives as needed.
  • Providing Tier 2 technical support for customers and managing vendors for Level 3 & 4 support.
  • Tracking all trouble tickets raised to external vendors/partners, as well as requests from internal stakeholders.

Skills for Success

  • Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in service operations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Meticulous, process-oriented, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to provide remote support for ad-hoc business and marketing events, including festive occasions.
  • Understanding of backend operations, payment systems, and mobile wallets is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of KYM/KYC and AML/CFT is a bonus.
