Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities
- Proactively define and execute the sales strategy to achieve the defined sales and profit targets
- Develop and grow the SEA business across all relevant aspects covering Distribution, Strategic Accounts and Local End Users engagement, focusing on the Healthcare and Hospitality market (GBC as on top opportunity)
- Build up over time the SEA sales team to achieve the growth targets, i.e. leading, coaching and coordinating the sales team
- Drive the sales pipeline, demand planning and forecasting process to ensure the Inventory availability; lead C4C/CRM usage and is responsible for frequent activity monitoring and sales review with the sales team via C4C
- Maintain an agreed customer contact schedule that includes identifying and resolving customer issues, introducing new products to gain sales and momentum and reporting competitors and customer wins/losses as they arise.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with all FHCS stated practices, strategic objectives and reporting deadlines
- Foster a positive team culture based on trust and the Freudenberg values.
- Provide organisation with accurate sales and product forecasts including relevant reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with key distributors/End Users, decision makers and selected suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with the Global team to ensure flawless execution of guidelines and strategies across customer groups.
Qualifications:Work Experience and Education
- University degree
- At least 5-8 years professional experience (in B2B Sales) including active leadership
- Fluent English
Specific Knowledge
- Solid knowledge of Strategic End Users in Healthcare, GBC and Hospitality and how to drive new businesses at an end user level back through a distribution network.
- Understanding of P&L statement and financial key figures
- CRM experience preferred
- Knowledge in the professional Cleaning Business
