The Company

Our client is a recognized leader in the infrastructure and logistics sector, known for their innovative approach and robust presence across Southeast Asia (SEA). They are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager/Manager to spearhead their business development initiatives across the region, with a primary focus on Indonesia.


The Role


Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and strategic expansion across SEA. The position will be based in Singapore for initial training, with a subsequent relocation to Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business development activities across SEA, with a focus on Indonesia.
• Assess project investment and joint venture (JV) opportunities, including financial modelling and due diligence.
• Originate, evaluate, and execute deals from inception through post-merger integration.
• Support the identification and assessment of new business opportunities in high-growth areas.
• Engage and collaborate with senior management to drive strategic initiatives.

Your Profile


As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience

• Minimum of 6 years of comprehensive M&A experience, including financial modelling, deal origination, due diligence, and post-merger integration
• Exposure in the infrastructure, logistics, offshore, terminal, or port sectors
• Regional experience across SEA markets, with a strong preference for Indonesia exposure
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Melayu is essential as position will be relocated to Indonesia
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive business development in high growth areas
