This role involves driving new client opportunities, developing sales strategies, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Responsibilities
Proactively drive new opportunities (hunter role) from new clients in different segments
Develop and execute comprehensive account planning and management
Possess the technical ability to explain cloud computing & solutions
Work with Technical Specialist/Architect to ensure product demonstrations and POCs are well matched to clients’ needs and interests
Build sales strategies to boost sales performance and profitability
Build and maintain strong connections and long-term relationships with clients
Keep abreast of market potentials, and technical, and political developments in the business landscape
Requirements
3 to 5 years of technology-related sales or business development experience
Experience with government procurement and contracting process
Ability to lead and develop large public sector accounts in collusion with the management
Has demonstrated expertise in building executive-level relationships and maintaining them over an extended time
Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter, fast learner, and detail-minded who can work alone and collaborate to achieve team goals
Aggressive, result-oriented with business acumen
Passionate towards technology and ability to learn quickly
