About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead new growth initiatives around ERP technologies. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle—from identifying and engaging new prospects to negotiating and closing enterprise deals. Responsibilities
- Own and drive new business development initiatives for ERP and related offerings.
- Identify , target, and build relationships with key decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises across priority verticals.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure with a strong focus on net-new client acquisition.
- Partner closely with pre-sales, technical consultants, delivery teams, and Microsoft account executives to craft compelling value propositions.
- Stay updated on ERP ecosystem developments to align offerings with customer needs and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, partner forums, and client meetings to build a strong pipeline and brand presence.
- Forecast, track, and report on sales performance and pipeline health using CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
Qualifications
- 5 + years of B2B enterprise sales experience, focused on ERP related solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a consultative, solution-selling environment.
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and build relationships from the ground up.
- Deep understanding of CRM, ERP, and digital transformation trends .
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with ERP Partner Network, ISVs, and System Integrators is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business , Technology, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in verticals such as Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, or Healthcare.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Partner Centre , CSP models, and licensing frameworks.
- Ability to operate autonomously and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
