  • PSPL Advertising Pvt. Ltd. (Print Media, Branding, Creative) has been in the market for over 40 years, operating since 1973.
  • i-engage (Digital Branding, Digital Communication) was established in 2016 and focuses on digital marketing.
  • Sir Speedy (Printing) provides comprehensive printing solutions.

We aim to provide 360-degree promotional and branding solutions to our clients.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Agency Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the advertising industry, and a passion for driving growth. This role is crucial in expanding our domestic client base and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential clients across various industries to grow the agency's client portfolio.
    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet sales targets.
    • Generate new business through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs and tailor advertising solutions accordingly.
    • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  3. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials to communicate value propositions.
  4. Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve and surpass revenue targets through new client acquisition and upselling.
    • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Mentor and guide junior team members.
    • Lead by example with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in business development within advertising or media industries.
  • Proven sales record.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising trends and landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
