Qualifications

• 3–5 years' sales experience in serviced apartments, upscale hotels, or relocation industry.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Business.
• Fluent English and a second language.
• Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Proven track record in acquiring customers and growing market share.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue targets and contribute to profitability.
• Develop and implement sales plans for the assigned portfolio.
• Align sales focus with DOSM and Revenue Manager's commercial strategies.
• Identify and develop new leads; manage existing client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, conduct visits, and handle renewals/closures.
