Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Senior Business Development Executive located in Senoko Drive. Our client is creating a new and sustainable way of supplying fresh fruit and vegetables to Singapore and you'll be responsible for leading modern trade sales and retail operations to drive revenue growth and expand market share. This role involves developing strategies, managing key customer relationships, and optimizing sales performance through market insights, financial management, and team leadership. Collaboration with internal teams ensures smooth operations, while reporting and analytics support data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer/modern trade, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial management.
