We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition and partnership development efforts for the Greater China market, focusing on corporate secretarial and immigration services. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Singapore’s business registration and work pass processes, and be fluent in Mandarin to liaise with clients from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
Business Development
Develop and implement strategies to grow the Greater China client base.
Identify and engage Chinese-speaking entrepreneurs, SMEs, and investors expanding into Singapore.
Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and reports; deliver monthly pipeline updates.
Client Consultation & Relationship Management
Provide professional advice on incorporation, nominee director services, and employment/work pass applications.
Manage client relationships through consistent follow-ups and high-quality support.
Partnership & Channel Development
Build a strong network of partners and referral sources across the Greater China region.
Service Delivery & Internal Coordination
Collaborate with compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Market Monitoring
Track regulatory changes (e.g., ACRA, MOM) and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.
Coordinate with internal compliance teams to mitigate risks and maintain governance.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or professional services
Strong knowledge of Singapore’s company registration and immigration processes
Proven experience working with clients from Greater China
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Excellent interpersonal, consultative selling, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and in a team
SGD $3,300 – $3,800 per month
