About the Role:
Autolife Robotics is looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Development professional to drive sales of our humanoid robots to universities, research institutions, and innovation labs globally . This is a high-impact role for someone who can confidently lead deals, build relationships, and navigate complex technical conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
• Introduce Autolife’s humanoid robots to key academic decision-makers
• Articulate our robot’s hardware architecture, AI system, and use cases clearly
• Coordinate demo schedules, pilot programs, and technical Q&A with clients
• Build and manage regional distribution/partner channels as needed
• Represent Autolife at conferences, academic forums, and exhibitions
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in robotics, AI, or hardware SaaS
• Solid understanding of computing, robotics, or embedded systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confidence in managing high-level academic or research clients
• Fluent in English (spoken + written) and Chinese
• Strong track record in hitting sales targets and building long-term client trust
