Description:

We are seeking a Business Consultant to help collate and synthesize requirements to develop innovative presentations of high level and end to end solution options to enable sale closure and sell value. Specialists will have the technical and subject expertise to: (i) support the sales team through in-depth knowledge of specific customer workflows and relevant technologies, and (ii) to help drive the strategic roadmap using their input from client interactions and industry expertise.

You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with Sales & Account Management, Customer Proposition, Customer Operations, and Technology to address distinct customer workflow needs that can include multiple products, third party solutions, and new capabilities. We'll expect you to bring a mix of technical, product, content, data science, and customer workflow expertise to collaboratively craft effective and successful solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect market feedback and product feedback and act as an integral cog in the feedback loop
  • Measure sales efficiency and performances and suggest corrective actions as vital
  • Capture customer-specific technical and data requirements through interactions with partners, third parties, and customers
  • Coordinate internal partners (Customer Proposition / Customer Operations) to meet customer solution needs
  • Run detailed customer presentations and product demos that are technical in nature (APIs)
  • Deliver Proof of Concept, as well as define proposals and SOW's

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 3+ years of digital identity, KYC, authentication, verification, and/or cybersecurity experience in client facing roles is helpful. Clients may also be resellers/integrators/channel partners
  • Information Technology or Engineer background- or technology-centric job experience across channels-web, mobile, API, and UX
  • Experience with one or more of the following industry sectors: Financial Institutions/payment service providers, insurance, wealth management, healthcare, ecommerce - B2B and/or B2C
  • Able to learn about the competitive landscape efficiently and position our products optimally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and innovative team that has all the benefits of the world-renowned London Stock Exchange group.
  • Previous pre-sales experience for software or technical products is highly valued
  • Comfortable working with APIs, understanding JSON (request / response, etc.)
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Basic understanding of the sales cycle
  • Knowledge of the identity, verification, authentication, and cyber security industry
